1. Legal identity and trading names
Dawa Exec Ltd is the legal company and contracting private hire operator for the customer-facing services described in the Dawa legal framework, unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Dawa may market or provide services using trading or service names including Dawa Exec, Dawa Exec Chauffeurs and Dawa Cars. Those names do not create separate contracting companies. An accepted booking remains a contract with Dawa Exec Ltd.
References to “Dawa”, “we”, “us” or “our” in customer-facing legal documents refer to Dawa Exec Ltd unless the context clearly states otherwise.
2. Companies House registration
Dawa Exec Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17265271.
The registered office is 4 Forbes Street, London, E1 1PF, United Kingdom. Formal company correspondence may be sent to that address.
The registered office is the formal company address. Operational pickup points, chauffeur locations, temporary work locations or customer meeting points do not change the legal registered office.
3. Private hire operator licensing
Dawa Exec Ltd operates as a Transport for London licensed private hire operator under Private Hire Operator Licence number 12015.
Transport for London is the licensing authority for the London private hire operator licence. Dawa remains responsible for its operator obligations and for the passenger booking contract to the extent required by law and the applicable customer agreement.
Chauffeurs and vehicles used for London private hire work must hold the appropriate licences and approvals required for the work concerned. Where Dawa uses an approved Partner Operator, that operator must be appropriately licensed for the service it performs.
Publication of licensing information on this page is for transparency and does not imply endorsement by Transport for London beyond the fact of the applicable licence.
4. VAT registration
Dawa Exec Ltd is VAT registered under VAT registration number GB 521 5818 03.
VAT is applied to fares, waiting charges and other amounts in accordance with the applicable VAT rules. A cost or expense passed to a customer is not automatically outside VAT merely because it is shown separately.
VAT invoices, receipts, credit notes and other finance documents are issued in accordance with the applicable booking, account and billing arrangements described in the Payment & Billing Information.
5. Data protection registration
Dawa Exec Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration reference ZC168060.
Dawa Exec Ltd is responsible for the customer and passenger personal data it controls. The Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, why it is used, who it may be shared with, retention, international transfers and individual rights.

Client-specific contracts may specify their own formal notice details. Where they do, those agreed details apply to that client arrangement.
8. Related legal documents
This page forms part of Dawa Exec Ltd’s customer legal framework and should be read with the Terms & Conditions, Passenger Booking Contract, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Payment & Billing Information, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Complaints Policy.
